Ruby Dinh
Chief Financial Officer
Ruby founded Ruby Accounting and Ruby Care Services in June 2021 and is responsible for Finance and Contracts & Infrastructure and is the Governing Board Secretary.
Ruby's qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Ruby holds registration with the IFA and IPA.

Ruby is driven by the motto: By Us, For Us – we design our future services and delivery together and is already seeing how he can finance a helicopter so he can get to all our locations more frequently.
Loc Tran
Loc joins Ruby Care as the IT, People & Culture Director. Loc brings with him over 5 years of senior Human Resources and People & Culture experience within both the Private and Community Services sectors.

Loc is passionate about working for organisations that are providing valuable services to enhance community and individual wellbeing.

Shoba Natarajan
Shoba joined Ruby Care in August 2023.
Shoba has worked in Aged Care for over 10 years, holding senior management roles for the last 5 and has worked in Hospitals and Aged Care Facilities as a Registered Nurse.

Shoba also worked as a Senior Manager prior to joining Ruby Care. Shoba is passionate about service innovation: looking at ways to provide new and exciting service offerings which enable individuals to live the life they choose and achieve their goals.
