My Aged Care makes it easier for older people, their families, and support networks to find information on ageing and aged care. You can find the help you need online, by phone or in person.

If you are not yet in receipt of funding, or wish to check your entitlements, visit the My Aged Care website to find information about how you can gain access aged care services.

You can apply for an assessment online and search for local aged care providers that meet your needs.
​
You can also call 1800 200 422 Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm.
If you live at home and are receiving the pension, you could be entitled to a government funded Home Care Package.
Through this package, we can provide you with the assistance you need, so you can continue to enjoy an independent life from the comfort of your
own home.
At the Ruby Care we have a dedicated resource to help you through the process of applying for a Home Care Package, at no cost to you. Our team can also help you maximise your Home Care Package to ensure you get the services that you need most.

What is My Aged Care?
My Aged Care is the starting point to access Australian Government-funded aged care services and information.

Older people, their families and carers can access My Aged Care information through the website, by phone or in person.
​
Once you register with My Aged Care, you can access your client record through your My Aged Care Online Account.
​
Health professionals can also refer patients to My Aged Care.
​
Aged care assessors and approved service providers have portals to manage their service information, assessments and referrals.
